“Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy ” is a musical theme from Tchaikovsky’s ballet “Nutcracker”. It is a dance for a ballerina who welcomes Clara and Prince (Nutcracker) at the Land of Sweets.
Originally it is played on a celesta, a musical instrument that looks like a piano but sounds like a glockenspiel.
